Our client a luxury Hotel requires a Experienced Conference and Banquet Manager. You will be required to oversee (and be hands on in) the delivery of first class services within the Hotel . Staff Discounts. About the Job: You will be expected to support Management to ensure the smooth running of the Banqueting department. Ensures guest satisfaction by attending to their requests and inquires courteously and efficiently. To assist with any events in the hotel, during quiet periods, at the request of the Director of Food & Beverage. Helps plan and approve the organizational chart, staffing and scheduling procedures and job description/specifications for department. To co-ordinate staff for all events in the functions rooms ensure payroll costs are kept to a minimum and within the agreed parameters.
