Operation Manager- Restaurant & Catering

We are currently seeking an experienced hospitality manager to join and lead an exceptional team. They will be responsible in ensuring that the business continues to develop and grow in a strong upward trajectory while maintaining day to day operations so as the highest standards are delivered to our customers. Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Development and delivery of business strategy
  • Maximise revenue opportunities and control costs
  • Implement and maintain procedure to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Provide guests with exceptional standards of service
  • Lead a motivated and high performance team committed to delivering clear goals
  • Work closely with the Head Chef on menu development and all business issues to ensure seamless operations front and back of house
  • Foster & develop relationships with all vendors and the local community
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and market demand
  • Recruit, train and retain a competent and passionate team who go above and beyond to meet customer expectations
You

  • 5 Years plus in a hospitality F&B management role
  • Passionate about food and good knowledge of food and beverage offerings and service delivery
  • Experience in business development, marketing and promotional activity
  • A strong communicator that can share idea's visions and strategy clearly
  • Enthusiastic, organised and eager for success
  • Have good financial acumen and general business sense
  • Well presented with an excellent manner and guest focused personality

SALARY: 40K
