SAP Analyst - Security. Kildare, Ireland. Global Industry Leader with over 24000 employees across 6 continents is seeking a SAP Technical Analyst for a permanent role within their Global SAP Centre of Excellence. The successful candidate will report directly to the Service Delivery Global Applications Manager primarily working as part of the SAP Release and Technical Security Team. The successful candidate will receive relevant training, exposure and support from the ICT and is expected to become a key member in the area of Change Management across future deployments of SAP and supporting existing applications. You will also have a core part of the ICT Team in relation to annual internal and external audits in the area of change management and user access management. The SAP Release and Technical Security Team is responsible for providing and enforcing the policies and procedures in which the safeguarding, integrity, availability and functionality of all SAP Production environments is ensured at all times. This includes managing. All changes being deployed by the Kerry ICT teams (transports, patches etc.) All potential fraudulent activity Segregation of Duties (SoDs) is correctly identified and managed. All potential gaps/loopholes in the SAP application security. All aspects of SAP user access management. Responsibilities after the appropriate training will include: Manage the deployment of all changes (transports, in-client configuration, patches, Firefighter etc.) across all of the organisations' SAP Production/Non production Regression environments. Liaise with local ICT engagement teams and senior business personnel around the planning and communication of planned SAP downtime and other maintenance windows. Project manage technical cutover weekends in terms of transports and in-client configuration. Ensure all audit recommendations (both internal and external) are correctly applied and adhered to across the SAP landscape in the areas of change management, security and user access. SME in the area Technical Security across all SAP platforms. Main areas are User Administration, Role Management and security policies on SAP. SME for the SAP Portal. Responsible for performing all changes relating to SAP Enterprise Portal operations (EP. Manage the off-shore Technical Security AM team in the areas of incident management, minor enhancements and continuous improvement. Administer the SAP GRC system in the areas of Access Control, Emergency Access Management and SoD reporting. Document and enhance ways of working in the areas of SAP Security and Change Management. Liaise across all teams (both technical and functional) for each of the above. Qualifications. Education and Qualifications. Honours Bachelor's Degree in IT (or related field) or BS in Computer Science. Experience of working as a member of a team to deliver change and continuous improvement (2-3 years) - desirable. Experience of working as a member of a SAP Technical Team (2-3 years) - desirable. Experience in the area of SAP GRC 10.1 Access Management, EAM and SAP Role Maintenance (2-3 years) - desirable. Job Requirements. Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail. Highly articulate with proven ability to lead / direct cross-functional workshops. Excellent written communication skills. A strong, can do, customer centric attitude. Having a structured approach in order to deliver on process, procedures and guidelines. ITIL certified - desirable.
