Description

Experienced Technical Support Analyst required for 2 Month Contract based in Kildare.

Enterprise People are currently seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a 2 Month Contract based in Kildare. Reporting to the ICT Support Manager, the Desktop Support Analyst will join the technical services team who are currently working on a large-scale Enterprise IT Systems upgrade in a virtualised environment.

You will have in-depth knowledge of PC Hardware & Software with strong windows configuration and troubleshooting experience.



The Technical Support Analyst will:



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide extended technical support to local network / system users and troubleshoot software and hardware problems in line with support policies
  • Interact and collaborate with vendors regarding PC repairs and vendor related tickets
  • Follow issues through to completion to ensure user satisfaction
  • Provide technical expertise on all Windows based systems
  • Troubleshoot basic network issues
  • Provide Phone Support (i-Phone, Android etc)


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • An IT Qualification
  • 4+ Years Technical Support experience
  • Strong MS Office experience
  • Strong Hardware Support experience
  • Microsoft Certification a plus
  • Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
