We have a great opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef looking for career progression in a great property in Kildare. There is genuine prospects for growth in this kitchen as the company is always evolving. Our client is looking for a Chef with an edge to their cooking, someone who is willing to take risks with their food and has a genuine passion for creating new and innovative dishes. Details on the role & candidate: 5 years as Chef de Partie in high volume, multi-outlet 4* or 5* kitchens. International experience is desirable. Must be creative, innovative, ambitious and not afraid to stray from the norm. Assist the Head Chef in all duties from stock control, payroll, menu creation and kitchen management. Train and develop the team. Experience in both fine dining and casual dining or upmarket bar food is essential. Knowledge of food, wine and cocktail pairing is an advantage.
