Urgent requirement for a CRM (Salesforce) Administrator with a global organisation in Naas. _______________ Role: Enabling of standardised regional reporting and KPIs, ensuring KPIs are firmly connected to business requirements. Assessment & testing of prospect system enhancement releases developed by the Global Design Team to ensure functionality meets regional business and user requirements. Support Regional CRM Business Transformation Partner to manage regional enhancement requests. Data Quality and Master Data tasks. _______________ Skills: Third level qualification. CRM or Salesforce experience essential (administration, maintenance, upgrades ect.) Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Experience developing reports and dashboards. Strong team player with a clear focus on stakeholder engagement. Track record of taking a systematic approach to achieving deliverables.
