RESIDENT MANAGER/HOST - Boutique Hotel Co. Kildare 35-40K. We are currently recruiting for a hands on Resident Manager for a Boutique Hotel in Co. Kildare The candidate will primarily be responsible for the entire hotel operations to include front of House and Back of House departments and will oversee all areas of the hotel, reporting, directly to the Owner. This role is the next step to GM. Main Duties: Take responsibility for the smooth running of the busy all the departments operation within the hotel. Ensure that all back of house areas are kept to a very high standard. Responsible for a small team of Department Heads and Team Members where you will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of success in customer satisfaction, people management and commercial results. Lead the team to maximise revenue and deliver excellent standards of service at all times. Continually strive to improve standards and act as a key point of contact between the operations team and other business functions. Motivate, encourage and support staff, ensure relevant training is provided. You will be the face to the place and having great confidence and standards interacting with every guest is crucial for this role! Ideal Candidate: " Currently/ Previous exp as an Assistant / Resident Manager or a F&B Manager. " A proven track record in managing Food and Beverage Operations. " Working knowledge of all hotel departments. " Financial awareness regarding costings, purchasing, labour costs. " Is a hands on Manager in BOH and FOH. " An aptitude for the development and motivation of staff. " Innovative, resourceful and forward thinking. " Is presented impeccably and have a fantastic personality. " Innovative with ideas and solutions. " A Go Getter gets the job done. " Flexible regarding working days and hours. " Must have own car.
