Business Developer – Construction and Allied Industries. Leinster/ Ireland. Excellent Salary to €35k + commission/bonus plus Co Vehicle & Phone. Our Client is a leading and well-known provider of services and equipment to the Construction industry, and they are expanding their Sales team. The successful candidate will have a sound a knowledge of machinery, plant hire and the construction industry. You may not be currently in a sales role, but you will have a sound understanding of the construction market, have the ability to get talking to the right person, will not be afraid to work hard and be rewarded for the same and have the resilience to make a name for yourself in this industry. Ideally you will have at least 3 years’ experience in construction or related industries with an ability to make yourself heard. The ole involves: Developing solid, long term relationships with prospective clients. Maintaining existing client relationships for future revenue growth. Self motivated and maintain pride in his/her work. Meeting required targets. Upskilling with new technologies of the business. Liaising with Management and Directors. Experience Required: At least 3 years’ experience in Construction and Sales. Incredible understanding of the Construction industry and Construction sites. Knowledge of machinery. Ability to work on own initiative and target driven. Exceptional communication and organisational skills. Excellent listening skills and understanding client needs. Benefits: Company Vehicle. Phone.
