Career Progression within the Hotel. About the Job: You will work alongside all Kitchen Staff’s and Senior Chef’s in providing an excellent experience to all guests. Responsible for HACCP cooperation at all times. Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion and to the appropriate agreed standard. You must be standards driven and detail-orientated. The ideal chef must be Flexible towards hours and will have a good knowledge of fine dining and 5 star standards.
