ASSISTANT MANAGER- FRESH FOODS- CO.KILDARE €30,000. Kildare/ Laois Area. We are recruiting for one Ireland's largest best known retailers. The job will be with a large national retailer and would require a minimum of 1-2 years FOOD retail experience. Ideally you will have worked as an Supervisor or a current Assistant Manager in a busy fast paced food retail or fast food environment with a large staff base. The role will involve: " Overseeing the running of the fresh food area on a day to day basis. " Delegating to staff. " Managing budgets and KPI's. " Health and safety in the workplace. " Providing excellent customer service. " Driving the team to ensure success. " HACCP & Food Safety. " Eye for detail regarding Counter Displays and Stock Rotation. You will have: " 1-2 years' experience in a similar role. " Management or Supervisory experience in a food retail environment. " In depth knowledge of staff management.
