Responsibilities. Execute responsibilities in line with Right First Time principles. Maintain processes for implementation of new or revised artwork ensuring all requests/changes are executed in a timely manner and all documentation and systems are maintained in a compliant manner. Act as first point of contact and subject matter expert for the electronic Artwork and Labelling Management System (ePALMS. Key contact for the Artwork Centre (AWC) for all communication and interaction relating to operational management of the artwork change or creation activities. Keep track of the performance of the AWC in terms of timely supply of new/revised artwork as required by the service agreement. Develop and maintain AWC performance metrics and review periodically with department manager ensuring that performance levels required by the service agreement are achieved. Monitor and regularly review approval lead times to identify issues with delayed approval. Initiate and monitor corrective actions to solve occasional and systematic issues with delayed artwork approval. Keep an overview of on-going labelling change projects from the initial request through implementation and set priorities within the team, as required. Act as the project leader for specific projects relating to artwork and/or artwork changes and manage the associated change control process, where necessary. Provide technical coaching/mentoring to the APCs in assignment of effectivity dates, resolution of artwork technical issues, PPRA facilitation, Label Management oversight, training, SAP and documentation maintenance. Education & Experience. Third level Qualification in Purchasing/Materials Management or business/science related area. At least 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing Planning / Supply Chain / Logistics roles. Good working knowledge of artworks, Adobe Suite and MS Office Applications. Clear communicator and solution orientated – excellent presentation skills. Ability to effectively prioritise and handle multiple tasks.
