Global Benefits Manager - County Kildare. In this position you will play a key support role in the development, refinement and execution of the global benefits strategy and governance model. Support the establishment/refinement of the global benefits strategy, guiding principles and governance processes. Project manage and execute on benefits harmonisation / integration roadmap, liaising with other regional reward teams as appropriate. Support key initiatives such as maintenance of a global benefits inventory, implementation of benefits financing initiatives such as multinational pooling, global/regional broker etc. Ensuring appropriate and timely market competitiveness reviews are conducted for benefits programs; Manage projects and initiatives which optimise the attractiveness of benefit programs to employees and candidates (e.g. where appropriate, introducing employee choice, flexible benefits, developing communications centered around the total reward framework. Management of external vendors and consultants. Assist with the benefits aspects of M&A transactions (due diligence, harmonisation etc); Assist in the development and implementation of a global wellness strategy. Qualifications/Skills/Experience Sought: Degree or Master's in HR, Finance or Business related subject; At least 5 years' experience in a Reward role (corporate or consulting.
