Retail / Valet Service Manager. We have an immediate vacancy for the position of Valet / Retail Service Operations Manager at one of our sites. The successful candidate will oversee the management of the Valet service and will be proactive in driving sales and promotions as well as leading the current staff as a highly focused and customer driven team. Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure that all opportunities to drive sales are optimised Liaise with the client to ensure that they are happy with the service provided and appraised on challenges and achievements. Ensure that staff at the site meet and exceed customer expectation. Ensure that targets are achieved and exceeded. Manage staffing levels to ensure on time delivery of service. Keep staff on site motivated and focused. Minimum Skills and Experience Required: Fluency in English, both verbal and written Experience in a retail/customer service delivery environment is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and proven leadership ability. Proven ability in customer service delivery to the highest standards. Experiencing in motivating a hard working team. Ability to manage any staff performance issues including disciplinary processes where necessary. Capable of effective and efficient decision making. Flexibility with regard to working hours.
