Instrumentation Technician/Electrician - County Kildare. Job Summary: An excellent opportunity for a qualified Instrumentation Technician/Electrician working for one of Ireland's leading instrumentation suppliers and service providers. You will be joining a highly experienced service team providing professional services (calibration/validation/service) both in-house and field based throughout the country. This is a permanent position with opportunities for further promotion within an expanding company. Responsibilities: · Carryout scheduled Calibration, Validation and Service works both on-site and in-house. · Support and liaise with the Service and Sales teams. · Technical Support for products. · General associated service department admin duties (service reports, maintain computerised calibration management system, quality standards etc. · Communicate effectively with customers and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. · Work well on own initiative and as part of a team when required. Requirements for this role: · Applicants must have an Instrumentation/Calibration qualification (either time served, graduate or equivalent. Full product training will be provided for the relevant product ranges. · Strong knowledge of calibration methods & procedures . Ability to calibrate various types of instrumentation including temperature, pressure, humidity, level, analytical, etc. · A high level of IT skills. · Flexibility as some work will be in-house and some site based. · Be a team player with a friendly and outgoing disposition. · Be a punctual, motivated and organised self-starter who is enthusiastic and conscientious about completing work on time and to a high standard. · Demonstrate a positive approach to work and be able to work well unsupervised on own initiative and as part of a team. · Full clean driving licence.
