On behalf of our client we have an excellent opportunity for a qualified Calibration/Service/Instrumentation Technician/Engineer working for one of Ireland's leading Instrumentation suppliers and service providers. Responsibilities: • Carryout scheduled Calibration, Validation and Service works both on-site and in-house. • Support and Liaise with the Service and Sales teams. • Technical Support for products. • General associated service department admin duties (service reports, maintain computerised calibration management system, quality standards, etc. • Communicate effectively with customers and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. • Work well on own initiative and as part of a team when required. Requirements: • Applicants must have an Instrumentation/Calibration qualification (either time served, graduate or equivalent) with a minimum 3 years relevant work-related experience. • Note: Further opportunities exist within the company for less experienced and/or newly qualified technicians, please enquire directly. • Strong knowledge of Calibration methods & procedures. Ability to calibrate various types of instrumentation including temperature, pressure, humidity, level, analytical, etc. • A high level of IT skills. • Flexibility as some work will be in-house and some site based. • Be a team player with a friendly and outgoing disposition. • Be a punctual, motivated and organised self-starter who is enthusiastic and conscientious about completing work on time and to a high standard. • Demonstrate a positive approach to work and be able to work well unsupervised on own initiative and as part of a team. • Full clean driving licence.
